Our Story

Cesar Villarreal is a highly experienced professional in the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on commercial real estate leasing and development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics with Political Science emphasis from William Penn University (2010) and is a licensed Realtor (2011).

Cesar has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small business owners in commercial lease negotiations. He is known for securing favorable terms and helping clients grow their businesses. In 2011, he founded Reliance Real Estate under the Keller Williams umbrella. In 2014, he was appointed Principal Partner at Retail Solutions (now Resolut), where he represented institutional, regional, and local landlords and national tenants. He was appointed as “Commercial Real Estate Committee Chair” by the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors and received the “Top Producer” award for four consecutive years at Retail Solutions.

Cesar is a member of professional organizations such as ICSC, CTCAR, AMPI, BBR, SPIBR, ABR, GMAR, and is a CCIM candidate. He has extensive experience in retail center and multifamily project development. In 2020, Cesar became the Commercial and Development Director at Origo Works LTD, where he oversaw the sales and leasing efforts and all acquisitions and dispositions for a $200 million portfolio. In 2021, he relaunched his firm Reliance Real Estate in South Texas with a focus on retail leasing and development.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Cesar is regarded as a trusted advisor to landlords and tenants. His expertise in retail leasing and center development, combined with his dedication to delivering exceptional service and achieving results, makes him a valuable asset to any team in South Texas.
