Cesar Villarreal is a highly experienced professional in the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on commercial real estate leasing and development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics with Political Science emphasis from William Penn University (2010) and is a licensed Realtor (2011).

Cesar has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small business owners in commercial lease negotiations. He is known for securing favorable terms and helping clients grow their businesses. In 2011, he founded Reliance Real Estate under the Keller Williams umbrella. In 2014, he was appointed South Texas Principal at Retail Solutions (now Resolut), where he represented institutional, regional, and local landlords as well as local and national tenants. He was appointed “Commercial Real Estate Committee Chair” by the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors and received the “Top Producer” award for four consecutive years (2014 to 2018) at Retail Solutions.

Cesar is a member of professional organizations such as ICSC, CTCAR, AMPI, BBR, SPIBR, ABR, GMAR, and is a CCIM candidate. He has extensive experience in retail center and multifamily project development. In 2020, Cesar became the Head of Sales/Leasing and Marketing at Origo Works LTD; a $200+ million dollar portfolio and full spectrum development company based out of Brownsville, TX. Today, Cesar is the CEO and Principal at Reliance Real Estate, a brokerage, consulting and real estate development firm.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Cesar is regarded as a trusted advisor to retail landlords and tenants. His expertise in retail leasing and retail center development, combined with his dedication to delivering exceptional service and achieving results, makes him a valuable asset.
