What you MUST know...

Retail Leasing

Summary: What you MUST know…

It is recommended that initial contact be made through your tenant representative, who should serve as a conduit for communication between you and the landlord, as failing to do so may compromise one’s negotiating leverage.

Additionally, it is advisable for the tenant representative to draft the Letter of Intent (LOI) and initiate negotiations with one’s own terms as the starting point of the negotiation, rather than accepting the landlord’s initial terms.

Our Clients

Tenants: Prioritize contacting your broker first and utilize their expertise as a mediator for communication. Allow them to guide you through the leasing process. Avoid direct contact with the landlord and ensure that a well-crafted Letter of Intent is in place.
Landlords: An effective listing broker should provide more than just a sign on the property. Are they providing regular reports on both reactive and proactive leads, as well as exposure on various platforms?
